- Shipping Duration: Orders generally take between 7 to 14 business days to reach customers, depending on location and carrier availability.
- Extended Delivery Period: If your order has not arrived after 21 business days and tracking information indicates an issue, please reach out to us at contact@ready-tree.com so we can investigate further.
2. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress.
- Tracking Insights: Please note that we have access to the same tracking information as provided to you. We cannot provide additional insight or details beyond what is shown in your tracking link.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on location and product dimensions and will be displayed at checkout. These fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Location Limitations: We currently ship only within the United States.
- P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for best delivery options.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In these cases, Ready Tree is not responsible for delayed deliveries but will assist you as much as possible in locating your package.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking indicates your package is delayed or incorrectly delivered, we recommend waiting until 21 business days have passed since shipping. After this period, if the package still has not arrived, contact us at contact@ready-tree.com, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package.
8. Risk of Loss
Once orders are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Ready Tree is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we encourage customers to reach out if assistance is needed.
